Pockets of Humanity

A community of humans. Full respect for AI — just… this is not the spot for it, ok.

What a pocket of humanity is

Pocket of humanity

  • Meeting up in a home with some instruments and a glass of wine. Playing something nice.
  • Going to a concert of a garage band.
  • Going to see Joshua Bell at the opera.
  • Techno music made by a human.
  • A homeopath in Reykjavík writing 157 articles by hand over the years.

Not a pocket of humanity

  • An AI-generated image of a politician.
  • AI-generated techno music.
  • A feed that was written for you by nobody.

The first pocket

Hómópati · Reykjavík · 2010 – 2011

Sigrún Árnadóttir — Hómópati

The restored homopati.is: 157 articles in Icelandic on homeopathy, health, children, animals, remedies and the odd contradiction of our times. Written by one person, brought back from a fifteen-year-old backup.
